Each state will have a specific disclosure document that you must present to your customer prior to or at application, as determined by applicable federal and state law. Federal disclosures may be required as well depending on the type of loan your customer selects.
You are responsible for knowing the disclosures that you are required to give under federal and state law. While these documents below include some federal and state law requirements, the forms are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
Please select the state in which your customer's property is located and click the "Submit" button to display the required documents. Then print and complete the forms as indicated. Sign the forms, have your customer sign them as well, and either mail the forms to us or fax them to 856-917-6309. You should also keep of copy of the forms for your records.
1. State Disclosures
Your are required to present these documents before or at application with every customer, regardless of the
mortgage product that they are interested in.
You will need to open these documents by clicking on them. Then, print them and fill in the forms as indicated. Sign the forms, have your customer sign as well, and then fax them to 856-917-0269. You should also keep a copy for your records.
2. Federal Disclosure Brochures
You should have hardcopy brochures of the Federal disclosures in your office for your customer. If not, please contact us at the number above and we can supply you with them. For your convenience, links to the Web sites that will allow you to print copies of the brochures are listed below:
